SAFETY & WELLBEING

The safety and wellbeing of our people come first. That is what our Zero Harm approach is

about. Every person at Jack Hydraulics Services can stop any task they believe is unsafe, without fear of blame, and our leaders hold themselves to the same standard they expect of everyone else.

We back that up with a safety management system certified to ISO 45001, and clear safety

targets we measure ourselves against. In practice, that means we:

  • Make safety part of the job, not something bolted on the side

  • Talk openly about risk and involve our people in the decisions that affect them

  • Find, report and manage hazards before they cause harm

  • Set safety targets we can measure, and review our training, reporting, auditing and compliance against them

  • Meet our legal obligations and hold to our own values

  • Review how we work regularly so it stays relevant to the business.
